Hack Status

Hack Status is the current state of a hack's development, and must be included when filling out the information of Template: infobox hack on any hack.

When filling out the Hack Status, there are one of five different states that can be entered. These are:

• In Progress - For all hacks currently being worked on, no matter how far along.
• Completed - For all hacks completed, if designated as such by the original hacker.
• Canceled - For all hacks canceled by the original hacker, with no intention of being completed. This designation may be changed if another hacker picks up work to complete it.
• Unknown - For all hacks with progress unknown. Since a hack's status is generally decided by the hacker, if that hacker has not announced a status and is not known or cannot be contacted then the hack must be labeled "Unknown", whether it seems complete or not.
